Cake Flavors:
  • Chocolate

    • Simple and delicious, it's a light cake that is a great accompaniment to so many flavors.
  • Butter Pecan
    • A light cake with a touch of breakfast in the rich maple pecan flavor. It goes great with a Cinnamon Cream Cheese for a light cake packed with flavor.
  • Pumpkin
    • A traditional fall treat with a light fluffy texture. It goes well with cream cheese frosting and a caramel drizzle.
  • Snickerdoodle
    • It's snickerdoodle in flavor, and cake in texture! It's light and delicious with a ton of spice!
  • Almond
    • Rich almond cake with a great subtle taste and texture.
  • Lemon
    • Delicate lemon flavor in a soft vanilla base cake. It's very light and airy!
Frostings:
  • Chocolate or Vanilla Buttercream
    • A rich buttercream frosting made with powdered sugar and lots of butter. This makes great topping, filling, and decorations.
    • Can be flavored to be Mint, Almond, Citrus, and more!
  • Swiss Meringue Buttercream
    • Swiss Meringue is a light fluffy frosting with a melt-in-your-mouth consistency. It is created with a meringue base and whipped until smooth. It is great for filling, or topping cupcakes.

  • Italian Meringue Buttercream
    • Italian Meringue is very similar to Swiss Meringue Buttercream and is great for filling and topping cupcakes.
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
    • Cream Cheese frosting is a sweet frosting with a hint of cream cheese tang. It can be combined with many cakes to punch up the flavor.
  • Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting
    • This rich frosting has a hint of breakfast with the texture and warm flavor of brown sugar and the tang of cream cheese. It's great with a cinnamon kick!
  • Ganache
    • Chocolate ganache is a smooth creamy topping that can be poured to create a shiny coating or whipped into a frosting. 
  • Peanut Butter Frosting
    • Light and fluffy, but packed with the great peanut butter taste. This frosting is great inside a cupcake or as the filling for a rich chocolate cake.
